Enabling File Security in XP Home

On a Windows XP Home system, Simple File Sharing cannot be disabled, therefore the Security tab will remain hidden while operating in Normal Mode. The Security tab is still accessible through Safe Mode, If you want to be able to alter file security in Normal Mode then download the file below and follow the instructions in the Readme.
